Kanban in Practice

Kanban in practice is a course for those who want to learn how to apply Kanban in the development and management process. The course is for anyone who is, or will be involved in and around the Kanban boards; such as project managers, change managers, requirements managers, administrative leaders, system managers, test managers, facilitators, Scrum Master and others.

Kanban and agile methods is used to reach efficiency and optimization, where the Kanban board is a tool to achieve this. By consistently following a given process flow and common rules for optimization you get a smooth process flow and control of bottlenecks.

The Kanban board visualizes business processes, ongoing activities and current occupancy. The working model includes effective teamwork and collective responsibility.

The course is held by Mats Lindell, who has great experience in the development, management, requirement management, methodological support, quality assurance and training.

All our courses are held in cooperation with our education partner, Learning Tree.  In our calendar, you will find date and signup information.
